These terms govern purchases from Entrycourse (trading as Entrycourse). By placing an order you accept these terms. All contracts are formed in English and are subject to English and Welsh law where applicable in the United Kingdom.

Returns & Refunds

We comply with UK consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights including a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts (distance selling regulations), subject to exceptions for personalised or hygiene-sensitive products.

To request a return or refund, contact our support via email or phone. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a returns address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Return times: refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods; exchange or replacement timelines depend on stock availability.

Contact support with order number → Receive RMA instructions → Return in original condition where required → Refund processed.

Certain items such as personalised gloves, used hand wraps or headguards that have been worn for hygiene reasons may not be eligible for a standard return. We will clearly mark such items on product pages.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. We dispatch from the UK; shipping times vary by carrier and destination within the UK. For bulk or club orders, lead times may be longer—please confirm with our team.

Your Consumer Rights (United Kingdom)

Under UK law you have rights if goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose. These rights include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances and timing.

Short-term right to reject for faulty goods (usually within 30 days).

Right to price reduction or final right to a refund if repair/replacement is not possible.

Warranty, Liability & Limitation

Where a manufacturer warranty applies it will be noted on the product page and included in the product packaging. To the extent permitted by law, Entrycourse's liability for loss or damage is limited and does not exclude death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We recommend inspecting goods immediately on delivery and reporting any issues promptly to preserve evidence for claims.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with our service, please contact customer support first at Entrycourse@gmail.com or by phone. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and to resolve them quickly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers in the UK may seek alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services or use the UK small claims procedure where appropriate. This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales where applicable.
